pdb_list Only different

I uploaded csv file and choose Create a new record with the submission, because in my csv file few participants have more that one project. Well, when I need report with participants without field projects (example last_name, email, institution), participants with more project are repeated.
My question is how to filter records and show only list with different value in field, example last_name.
