 * I want visitors to download a “white paper” by filing in their email address 
   name, etc. via a “signup box. (1) is there a plugin for a signup box and (2)if
   not, how to I attach a PDF and make it “mandatory” that visitors fill in their
   information before the document is sent to them. Thanks so much
