Hi,

I have been using this plugin for years and it has was great. Then someone went in and updated WordPress and now if I do not fill all the fields in the form, the pdf generated would go blank. I still receive the info sent to my email, but nothing in the pdf.

I hope to find some help on this. Thank you so much!

Thanks for you comments but here little bit confusion.
If you not fill any data in form then what you get info in email, because some time ago we get request that if data not in field so not show it’s label on PDF. – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/form-labels-not-showing-when-field-is-blank/

For that we have ignore blank fields from PDF generate.
