# PDF not loading

 * Lately the newly added PDFs don’t load anymore. I tried it several times with
   bigger size files (more than 5MB). Any idea what’s wrong / how can it be fixed?

 * Thanks for your post.
 * Most likely, something else on your site (such as another plugin) has caused 
   a problem with Javascript, and this is preventing other Javascript from running.
 * Please could you send me an email – [contact@wp-pdf.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/pdf-not-loading-2/contact@wp-pdf.com?output_format=md)–
   including a link to an example page on your site that is ‘broken’ and I’ll take
   a closer look.
