 * hello,
 * we using the plugin, and also we makes customized, display, features, options,
   cropping, share, double tap zoom, and more… Thanks for the plugin. And now issue
   is pdf not uploads ( customized is not the issue, before also pdf not works)…

   Thanks
   for using the **SK ePaper Manager** plugin.The PDF upload issue is not related
   to the plugin. It usually happens due to server settings. Please check:1. Upload
   Limit – Go to Media → Add New and verify your maximum upload size (PDF or video
   both need higher limits).2. Allowed File Types – Ask your host to enable MIME
   types for application/pdf and video formats (mp4, mov, etc.).3. Folder Permissions–
   Ensure /wp-content/uploads/ has correct permissions (755 / 775).4. Plugin/Theme
   Conflict – Temporarily disable other plugins and try uploading again.If issues
   continue, please share:– Error message– File size (PDF)– Screenshot of Media
