# PDF Packing Slip Errors

* For the last couple months PDF packing slips hasn’t been working. (This is actually
just one of the bugs introduced a couple updates ago that still hasn’t been fixed.)
* I’ve been expecting it to be fixed in an update but the updates are very seldom
and the latest updates hasn’t fixed it. I have a lifetime license.
* If I click on the PACKING SLIP link on the ORDERS page I get a **FORMAT ERROR:
NOT A PDF OR CORRUPTED** in the PDF reader.
* If I click MERGE (PRINT) PACKING SLIPS under ORDERS the page crashes with:

* When I open a PDF file with a text-editor the beginning of the PDF file looks
like this:

* So the HTML code being puked from the error is ending up in the PDF file causing
it to be corrupted.
* If I use DOWNLOAD (ZIP) PACKING SLIP then remove the PDF from the zip file then
I can open it. This isn’t very useful because I have to do them one at a time
instead of MERGE (PRINT) PACKING SLIP which puts all of the days orders into
one PDF for printing.
