Pending or Draft Campaigns

First of all I must admit I have already used more than 6 different scripts about crowdfunding this one by far is the best so far.
I will definitely go pro after familiarising myself with the script.
One thing I was hoping for and would make the whole crowdfunding operation much more secure in terms of campaign submission by the user.
1-first of all when the user submit a campaign the user and the admin should receive an email.
2- when the user edit a campaign the system will automatically switch the campaign to draft or pending (very important for the admin to monitor content).any ideas how to achieve this?
