• We have amassed a number of orders with the “Pending Payment” order status on orders using Afterpay. We do have successful Afterpay orders so that is not the issue. The issue is that WooCommerce is not updating the order status (to cancelled) for any Afterpay orders after the “Hold Stock” time limit has been reached. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    When using the option to automatically move an order from pending payment to cancelled in the WooCommerce settings, it is the WooCommerce plugin itself that handles this rather than the payment gateway. There is also no code in the Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce plugin that explicitly blocks this functionality.

    Given the above, it is unusual to see behaviour where only Afterpay orders are not automatically handled correctly. As such, the team would like to assist with this challenge.
