It’s a multistep form so not sure if it will work. Let me try.

Could you reproduce the basic idea with some dummy data?
Also, other multistep plugins are not really supported because it’s too complicated to make them work nicely with conditional fields. As a solution I have implemented multistep in conditional fields pro. https://conditional-fields-cf7.bdwm.be/multistep/

The problem is not with multistep I think.
The performance issue is also on your tester form. You will notice that while typing there is a lag.
Any idea how I could get rid off this input lag? Like I said it’s really important to me to use your plugin brother.
seems to run smoothly over here.. Your form is very large so in a way it makes sense that it might slow down on slower computers. But honestly I’m not experiencing any problems with the form… Could you maybe record a video to illustrate how you are experiencing it?
There is a lag when you are typing something in fields. It’s not an issue with computer as well. It was checked on multiple devices and systems – windows, mac, iOS. Of course. I can make a video I can post it here in the morning. Although is there any way I could send you a private message with url directly to my form?

No sorry, for the free plugin I do not offer one-on-one support. This is a public open source plugin, so the only place to solve this problem is trough this support forum.
