Performance loss

I am trying to optimize site by using Google Lighthouse and the site is penalized for “Ensure text remains visible during webfont load” (see https://snipboard.io/rp1egk.jpg).

I read on https://web.dev/font-display/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=devtools to include font-display: swap in the @font-face style.
Can anyone help to solve this issue?
