# Performance Test Keeps Running into Error

 * Hi, I downloaded this plugin yesterday and the performance test never succeed.
   
   It keeps saying: There was a problem fetching the desktop test results. Please
   try running a new scan.

   Not sure what the problem is…

 * I hope you are doing good today.
 * Could you check the following:
    – does the site is password protected – any hosting
   cache or Object cache – please run a full plugin conflict test on the site and
   see does that helps. Before this test, I recommend a full site backup.

 * Many thanks for your reply!
 * 1. No, our site is not password protected.
    2. Hummingbird suggested that there
   was a plugin conflicted with it, and we had removed the plugin yesterday. 3. 
   We will run the conflict test later/tomorrow, and let you know if there’s anything
   conflicting with Hummingbird, and run the performance test again.
 * I’ll let you know if it succeeds. Thanks again!
