# Permalink bug?

 * I use the latest WordPress (5.0.3). My development machine is Windows PC, with
   XAMPP 7. I don’t want “index.php” clutters my permalinks, so on Setting -> Permalink
   Settings -> picked Day and name. Works fine.
 * But on my Debian server, the web has a problem: clicking on page links give 404.
   
   Only plain permalink works fine. Anyone even encounter this weird issue?
