# Permalink change by plugin

 * I think that plugin change my permalinks.
 * I try to refresh permalinks already (no difference)
 * My settings:

 * Shop front (after many save’s and refreshes)
    [http://imgur.com/keRdbIJ](http://imgur.com/keRdbIJ)
 * I try also to set custom permalink, but front always show: …./produ**c**t/

 * As the URLs are redacted, I can’t really see what’s wrong. Having a URL with 
   _product_ in it doesn’t seem abnormal as we have a _product_ taxonomy.

 * Please check one more time.
 * Default product link for my language is:
    example.com/produ**K**t/product-name
 * and after installing plugin at front every product is:
    example.com/produ**C**
   t/product-name
 * and permalinks setting page still show correct version with “K”

 * Oh my bad. I missed that. If you disable Awesome Support and re-save the permalinks,
   does it go back to normal?

 * That could be caused by the product taxonomy indeed. Could you please try to 
   change the slug to something different. You can do so by adding the following
   line to your theme’s `functions.php` file:
 *     ```
       define( 'WPAS_PRODUCT_SLUG', 'support-product' );
       ```
   
 * Don’t forget to refresh your permalinks after that.

 * I add this line to functions.php file (Flatsome theme).
 * But after permalink refresh link still is shown as “product”.

 * To refresh your permalinks, head over to Settings > Permalinks and hit the save
   button.
