# PermaLink Error – How Do I Fix?

 * Hey all,
 * I think I found a bug. On my version, if you look at the example Permalinks, 
   they should look something like this:
 *  Default
    » [http://www.ccpmug.org/index.php/?p=123](http://www.ccpmug.org/index.php/?p=123)
 *  Date and name based
    » [http://www.ccpmug.org/index.php/2006/07/08/sample-post/](http://www.ccpmug.org/index.php/2006/07/08/sample-post/)
 *  Numeric
    » [http://www.ccpmug.org/index.php/archives/123](http://www.ccpmug.org/index.php/archives/123)
 * My problem is the first one since there should be NO SLASH after the “.php”. 
   The correct liink should be:
 * [http://www.ccpmug.org/index.php?p=123](http://www.ccpmug.org/index.php?p=123)
 * How do I fix this?

 * actually you are both wrong or right, depending on how you look at it. Both work,
   though obviously his preference is to not have the slash
