# Permalink Issue

 * We are using wordpress multi-site and have 56, and growing, sub sites. We have
   users maintaining each of their own sub sites. One such editor was editing a 
   page and inadvertently, changed the “Parent” page under “Page Attributes” which
   changed the permalink for the page. She tried to change it back but it did not
   work and just gives a an error now. The page is still there listed under “Pages”
   in the dashboard, but if try to navigate to it it just says that the page isn’t
   redirecting properly.
 * I’ve tried deleting the page and recreating it with the correct URL that is used
   to be and still get the same error that it isn’t redirecting properly.
 * I’ve been researching this for the past two weeks. Please help! Thanks.

 * The error happens in Firefox saying the page isn’t redirecting properly and in
   IE it just says that it can’t display the webpage.
