# permalink issues, please help

 * Hello everyone
 * I had some hacker issues with my wordpress site, [http://www.noeyedeer.co.za](http://www.noeyedeer.co.za)
   
   so i did a fresh install imported the DB, but i did change the directory of my
   installation from root to /nowp/ i moved the index file and changed the link 
   to wp-blog-header so in general it is working.
 * my issue now is on all the links it goes to “[http://noeyedeer.co.zahttp//noeyedeer.co.za/&#8230](http://noeyedeer.co.zahttp//noeyedeer.co.za/&#8230);./…”
   etc if i click the back button in goes to the correct link “[http://noeyedeer.co.za/&#8230](http://noeyedeer.co.za/&#8230);./…”(
   notice the http//, missin colon and extra noeyedeer.co.za)
 * I have looked at the .htaccess file and all looks good, i have tried updating
   permalinks and still the same result?
 * has anyone got any idea what could be wrong?
 * PS: images arent working as I havent uploaded all of the again since the reinstall
 * The blog I need help with is noeyedeer.co.za.

 * Did you replace links in your database, possibly while restoring your site? Look
   for it and replace the correct links.

 * i replaced the correct links.
 * what doesnt make sense is it actually links to the correct url and then redirects
   to the incorrect url where for some reason it adds http//noeedeer.co.za
 * for example if i click on rad stuff vol. 17
    it goes to [http://noeyedeer.co.za/rad-stuff-vol-16/](http://noeyedeer.co.za/rad-stuff-vol-16/)
   then redirects (instantly) to [http://noeyedeer.co.za](http://noeyedeer.co.za)**
   http//noeyedeer.co.za**/rad-stuff-vol-16/
 * i cant figure out what to change, really doesnt make sense to me. why would it
   redirect?

 * okay it seems like its a theme issue :/
    i didnt think to try a different theme
   yesterday.
