# Permalink Language Issue?

 * Hi,
 * My wife and I run a Thai website and I’m trying to get the permalink to _[ redundant
   link removed ]_/อาชีพภาษาอังกฤษ but it keeps changing to _[ redundant link removed]_/
   50 or _[ redundant link removed ]_/50-อาชีพภาษาอังกฤษ-ที่ทุก
 * It just keeps reverting back when I try to change it. This has happened before
   and I don’t know if it’s a language issue or what. I’ve tried playing with permalink
   WP settings, deactivating AIO SEO etc. but to no avail.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fpermalink-language-issue%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * If I go to /อาชีพภาษาอังกฤษ then I get a 404, which makes me think it can work.
   When I go to the link above it takes me to /50-2/ which means you have 2 pages
   with the slug of “50”. Maybe delete one of them? Or change it’s name/slug.

 * We’re trying to change the slug to /อาชีพภาษาอังกฤษ but are unable to. That’s
   what I’m saying.
 * Any idea why the slug can’t be changed to what we want?
