I’m coming back to WordPress after a gap, so forgive what might be a basic question. I am working with a Divi-enabled site that I didn’t build and there are elements which are unfamiliar.

I would expect to see Permalinks in the right hand pane, but I can’t make them appear and have to swipe them from a non-edit view of the page on another screen. I have been through widgets (none for permalinks) and the permalinks Settings page which also seems OK, selected and enabled.

Unless there’s something I have omitted to check… A steer on this, please.

I assume you’re looking for this in the block editor? Be sure the side pane is on the “Post” tab. Click the “Slug” setting. The slug modal will show you the permalink.

I recommend getting in touch with Divi’s support about this via https://divi.help or https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/ – as this is a commercial plugin/theme they cannot help you here with it.

@bcworkz I am looking on the ‘Publish’ pane. No ‘Post’ tab or ‘Slug’ setting. It is a Divi enabled site (and page) which may affect the view. There is nothing in the View Settings to reveal the Permalink or hide it.

If you’re not seeing the default block editor view, then threadi’s reply above is most appropriate.
