# Permalink not work: Oops!

 * I’m having trouble with media permalinks.
    When I try to open a permalink of 
   an image or a pdf, the error message “Page not found” appears (Oops! La pagina
   non è stata trovata.)
 * Example:
 * /wp-content/uploads/2019/09/audio.png
 * If I deactivate Elementor (V3.3.1) the problem disappears.
 * Please help me.

 * Sorry I misspelled.
    When I try to open a permalink of an image or a pdf, the

 * I have downgraded to version 3.2.5.
    Permalinks now work correctly.
 * Unfortunately the problem with the new version (3.3.1) remains.

 * Looks like 3.3.1 broke our permalinks as well. Disabled all plugins and added
   back one at a time. Elementor was the culprit. [@sorgiulio](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sorgiulio/)
   I am new to WordPress, how do you downgrade to version 3.2.5? I only see an option
   to upgrade to the latest version.

 * I was having the same issue, turns out Elementor tests experimental updates on
   all of its users. In order to fix this issue after you update to 3.3.1 go to 
   Elementor > Settings > Experiments > Landing Pages, set it to Inactive.
