# Permalink notification warning

 * “Because of a change in your permalink structure, some of your SEO data needs
   to be reprocessed.”
 * This issue just popped up for me on my site after upgrading to Yoast 17.9. I 
   haven’t changed my permalink structure, so this is concerning. I cleared all 
   my caches etc but still the same.
 * Looks similar to this:

   appears when there are some changes to your site such as any changes to the slug
   for your posts, pages, or categories.
 * We recommend that you re-run the SEO data optimization process under the SEO 
   > Tools section so it can reflect the updated data.
