# Permalink Setting won't save

 * In my theme I have as one of the set-up steps to “Check your permalinks are set
   to /%postname%/ – you can set this in the Settings > Permalinks section of WordPress”
 * ISSUE:
    Each time I choose the option Set my my Permalink to CUSTOM and then 
   click to save it reverts back to the POST NAME setting.
 * If I can’tt use the CUSTOM STRUCTURE then I can’t set my blog as my Homepage.
 *  What needs to be done?
