# Permalink Structure Customizing

 * Hi,
 * I changed the permalink structure to date and name based instead of the default
   on an existing blog (wordpress 2.0). After I applied the changes I clicked on
   a permalink only to be returned with a 404 not found error. Any ideas? I use 
   GoDaddy hosting.

 * “Thank you for your email. The mod_rewrite module is enabled on our inux hosting
   servers. Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.”
 * so no questions there…
