# Permalink Structure Redirection Query

 * Hi Guys
 * I am currently running my site with the following permalink structure:
 * [https://rwrant.co.za/%postname%/](https://rwrant.co.za/%postname%/)
 * I want to change it to [https://rwrant.co.za/%category%/%postname%/](https://rwrant.co.za/%category%/%postname%/)
 * I run a blog with multiple categories and I think this would be better for SEO(
   cause it would be better categorized)
 * My question is that if I do this change, will RankMath automatically redirect
   ALL my posts (I have over 3000 on the site)
 * Thanks in advance

 * Thank you for contacting the support.
 * Rank Math does not perform the redirections for permalink structure modification
   as that is handled by WordPress itself.
 * Also, we don’t recommend changing the permalink structure on a live website, 
   especially if the pages are already ranking as it can affect the rankings.
 * However, if you still want to go ahead, you can also use Regex expressions in
   our Redirections module to create redirections for this: [https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-regex-redirects/](https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-regex-redirects/)
