# Permalink Trouble

 * Ok Im not sure how to explain this… I have my archives page set up so that when
   you click a certain month or category on the sidebar it goes to the page and 
   says: Archive for the month “whatever 2007” or category “whatever”. It works 
   great until I change my permalinks. Then the category still has a title telling
   the category name but the month archive does not. It goes to the month but does
   not have the title saying what month it is. Any idea why or how to fix it?

 * until I change my permalinks <— I should have said until I “customize” my permalinks.

 * Link to the pages you’re talking about?
    Do the old archive links still work 
   or do they go to a similar blank page?
