# Permalink Url Structure

 * I am hoping someone can help me with permalink structure and author slug.
 * I would like my permalink structure for posts like: topic/%postname% but when
   I implement this structure it means the author url becomes /topic/authorname..
   Is there a way to keep the author url as mysite.com/author/ ???
