Permalinks and Breadcrumbs not matching

Hi,

This plugin solved a problem i had and my permalinks now look so much better.

However, the permalinks dont match the breadcrumbs.
Example:
https://site.com/mobilhallare/universal-mobilhallare-till-bilen-ventilationsgaller-flaktgaller/ but breadcrumb is “HEM / SAMSUNG GALAXY S7” while it should be “HEM / MOBILHALLARE”
How can i fix this?
