# Permalinks corrupted

 * Although in WordPress “Settings” I’ve long ago selected “Numeric” for the version
   of blog permalinks I want to use;
 * Suddenly,although this selection in “Settings” remains what it has been, the 
   blog permalinks have long text versions that are not recognized when referred
   to in links.
 * Since my site ([http://SB-JustBetweenUs.com](http://SB-JustBetweenUs.com)) has
   a directory with more than 70 previous entries, this is disastrous.
 * Please help!

 * Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting. If this works,
   then set a custom permalink structure back up again.
