# Permalinks incorrect

 * I can’t change the permalinks of my main blog to what I want.
 * The blog is installed on domain.com/blog, but it posts everything to domain.com/
   blog/blog/name-of-post
 * I can’t change this setting in the permalinks settings, it will only allow me
   to choose various versions of blog/blog/name-of-post

 * There has to be a reason why it is adding another ‘blog’ directory. It doesn’t
   do it with any of the sub blogs (it is a multi installation)

 * by any chance under Permalinks > Optional > Category Base / Tag Base > have you
   put any tag? if you have like blog written there then it will add blog before
   the category / tag
