Permalinks Not Working

Hello,

We just started having a issue where permalinks for busniness listing don’t work if you are not logged in.

If logged in I get this URL: https://l67.bdb.myftpupload.com/business-listings/americinn-lodge-suites/

If not logged in I get this URL: https://l67.bdb.myftpupload.com/?page_id=445/americinn-lodge-suites/

I have disable all other plugins and it did not help.

Any help woudl be appreciated.
