Permalinks point to server

Im trying to fix my poorly made site, after it has also been hacked. When you click on any of the links to go home or contact – it takes you to a url of the host server. At the Permalink options page in the backend it only gives me these options as seen in the screenshot. Anyone know an easy fix for me? even if I change themes away from this busted and borked one -I still get this redirection issue in the new theme. Any help would be very appreciated.
