 * Hi all,
 * First, I’d like to say what a fantastic plugin this is. Couldn’t be without it
   🙂
 * This is my scenario.
 * My WordPress multisite network is called ‘websites’. Within it I have a number
   of sites e.g. site2, site3 etc.
 * In my domain mapping the CNAME is set to websites.domain.com.
    Then I’ve gone
   into site2 dashboard > Tools > Domain Mapping and changed the primary domain
   from [http://site2.websites.domain.com](http://site2.websites.domain.com) to
   [http://site2.domain.com](http://site2.domain.com).
 * Everything works like a charm, however, when I’m in the site2 dashboard, the
   permalinks are still [http://site2.websites.domain.com](http://site2.websites.domain.com).

   This causes a few issues when adding images in that the paths contain ‘websites’
   and it causes problems with plugins that look at the permalinks such as Plugin
   Organizer.
 * Is there any way I can get the permalinks in site2 to not include the ‘websites’
   part?

 * After unchecking ‘Remote Login’, ‘Permanent redirect’ and ‘Redirect administration
   pages to site’s original domain’, the permalinks were fixed and too Plugin Organizer.
 * Unfortunately that means I lose out on single sign on across all my sites. But
   I guess it’s better than the permalink issue.

 * I’m working on fixing that problem. I’ll post to this thread when I have something
   for you to try out.

 * [@iltdevunit](https://wordpress.org/support/users/iltdevunit/) – can you try
   the development version and enable “Map links in /wp-admin” please? And tell
   me if that helps!
