permissions by user role?

    Please, can you include per user role permissions for backend and frontend buttons?

    It is not logical that all users with access to the backend can purge the cache!

    Not all users can purge the cache. Only admins do.

    If the current user has the rights to manage options then they can purge the cache.

    Please, check your user roles and permissions if other user groups / roles can purge the cache.
