 * Hey Guys,
 * The checkboxes I’ve created do not persist on the form, they look to be stored
   in my account page correctly, but the boxes are always un-ticked on the billing
   form no matter whether I’ve ticked them in the past. So I always have to tick
   them on every order, even if i’ve already done so in the past.
