    The health page of the WordPress site tells me that I should use a persistent
   object cache. Does wp Fasted cache have a setting to support it on a site?

 * no, sorry. there is no such feature in wp fastest cache and you do not need to
   use such a feature because pages are saved as a static html file. This is the
   highest performance.
