Persistent Reset Button

My client would like a persistent reset link that is always showing even if you haven’t filtered any job results yet and am wondering if anyone has a way of doing this. I have been looking at the plugin files and have had no luck as of yet. I see where it generates the rss link in class-wp-job-manager-ajax.php but haven’t found anything regarding the reset link. I see the array with the reset and rss info in wp-job-manager-functions.php but am not sure if you can override that?
