 * This is my second support request concerning an ongoing issue with spam. Despite
   our efforts, we continue to receive unsolicited messages from various IP addresses.
 * To expedite the resolution process, I am now prepared to share our login information
   with you. Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated.

 * We found out that comments get moderated because of the Akismet Anti-spam plugin.
   If it is disabled, the comment blocked by us goes straight to spam. Perhaps you
   can change the settings of the Akismet Anti-spam plugin to prevent this problem.
