 * There was a login attack on my site. 38 attempts with the username admin.
    Wordfence
   locked out both my primary and backup “administrator” logins. I have gotten back
   into my site, but am still “temporarily locked out” from the front end. Is there
   a way to whitelist myself? I have VERY strong, rotating passwords. Thank you.(
   Great, great, product. Maybe a little too great for my skill-level.)

 * Hi heyscotg,
    Thanks for asking this question, here you are things that you can
   do: – If you have any caching plugin installed on your website, please clear
   the cache. Also, if you your hosting provider installed and configured built-
   in cache system on your website, make sure to clear this too. – Go to (Wordfence
   > Tools > Diagnostics > IP Detection) and make sure your correct IP address is
   being detected there correctly, if not, then you might need to adjust the option
   selected in “[How does Wordfence get IPs](https://www.wordfence.com/help/dashboard/options/#get-ips)“.–
   You can whitelist your IP address by adding it to “Whitelisted IP addresses that
   bypass all rules” under (Wordfence > Firewall > Firewall Options > Advanced Firewall
   Options > Whitelisted IP addresses that bypass all rules).
 * Thanks.
