# Petition submit doesn’t complete – processing

 * Has anyone see this problem with SpeakOut!?
 * We are running the latest version, along w/ latest version of WordPress.
 * Users started complaining on April 10th that the forms don’t work.
 * I have been unable to recreate the problem on my end.

 * I don’t want to give out a link for the live site, but I will consider making
   a copy of the site, with a test petition.
 * In Nov. 2019 we did a test because we noticed that one of the people who tried
   to use the contact form on the site (Ninja Forms), and had it fail, was using
   a mobile device and a VPN. We tried with and without a VPN from a computer, from
   our end, and confirmed that the form failed when we used a VPN. We believe this
   same failure is occurring with SpeakOut! forms.
 * Further, we determined that the VPN problem was specific to the WordPress site,
   because we didn’t see this failure with another website, with form submission(
   same server, not WordPress).

 * Hi,
 * We figured out the problem: it was because the firewall on the server was blocking
   unauthorized access to wp-login.php and /wp-admin.
 * Is the plugin using files under wp-admin?

 * They are part of the core so indirectly the plugin will be using them.
 * Curious…is your server using Imunify360? I found some cpanel/WP issues not related
   to SpeakOut!.
