Thanks for reaching out!

To better understand your concern, can you please provide the following information:
1. When you say the order is still waiting for payment, does that mean the payment was not processed or the payment was processed but the order is still marked as pending payment in WooCommerce?
2. What payment gateway are you using on your site, or more specifically, which payment gateway was used for the order in question?
3. Have you checked the payment logs to see if there are any errors or issues that may be causing the payment to fail? If yes, please can you share any errors with us here.
Also, please can you share a screenshot of the following areas of your dashboard:
- WooCommerce → Settings → Payments
- WooCommerce → Orders, select the order in question, and share a screenshot of the Order notes which is displayed in the right-hand side of the page.
Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

I have custom peymenth gatervay.
