Photo Contest

I installed NextGen Gallery,Uploader and Voting into wordpress. I set up all and i had published the photos by the uploader plugin but when I try to vote image by image it is not possible.I need just that:
– the user can upload the photo
– the photo goes into gallery folder (default)
– the user could vote singular image.
