 * I’ve discovered that the current version of Theme Check is not checking for an
   important PHP 7 change:
 * Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors
   in a future version of PHP
 * As more and more hosts switch to PHP 7, this becomes an important issue, especially
   if hosts allow error messages to be displayed on the front end.
 * Would be great if Theme Check could detect this,
