PHP 7.4 and evolve theme not works

I have two website:

https://sti.ect.ufrn.br (WP 5.8, PHP 7.4, Nozama Lite theme) – It’s Ok.
https://www.ect.ufrn.br (WP 5.8 PHP 7.4, evolve theme) – Is not Ok.

On second website the GDPR message not appears.
