 * Was this fixed in the latest update? I am still seeing this showing in the logs.

 * I see you figured out why it’s still occurring 🙂
 * A new update for Extension Manager is planned for release within 6 weeks, wherein
   this issue has already been addressed. Since there are no pressing (site-breaking)
   issues to be resolved, we’ll also be adding new features, which is why it’s taking
   a bit longer than first anticipated.
