 * Hi, I’m getting these errors:
    - Error PHP cli Version: (Your PHP cli version is not compatible with the [Matomo requirements](https://matomo.org/faq/on-premise/matomo-requirements/).
      Please upgrade your PHP cli version, otherwise, you might have some archiving
      errors)
    - Error MySQLi support: missing (Your PHP cli does not load the MySQLi extension.
      You might have archiving problems in Matomo but also others problems in your
      WordPress cron tasks. You should enable this extension)
 * I asked my webhosting support but they only told me to upgrade PHP version. Currently,
   I use 8.1.27, and you state the minimum is 8, so I’m not sure if that could be
   the problem.
 * Any suggestions? And do these errors cause any issues with analytics?

 * Hi [@jackoneill](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jackoneill/), your webserver
   probably has multiple PHP versions installed, and the PHP cli executable that
   Matomo is detecting is the incorrect one. This error shouldn’t cause issues with
   analytics data, Matomo will still be able to track data and generate reports.
   It may only be an issue if your website has a significant amount of traffic.
 * If you want to fix the error, you can ask your hosting provider “What is the
   path to the PHP CLI executable for PHP version 8.1.27?”, then take the result
   and use it as the `php_binary_path` value in this FAQ: [https://matomo.org/faq/how-to-solve-the-error-message-your-php-cli-version-is-not-compatible-with-the-matomo-requirements/](https://matomo.org/faq/how-to-solve-the-error-message-your-php-cli-version-is-not-compatible-with-the-matomo-requirements/).
   If your hosting provider gave you the correct value, it should resolve the error.
