# PHP compatibility issue!

 * Hi, I was just testing PHP compatibility with PHP Compatibility Checker plugin
   and found that your plugin has some issues as below >
 * FILE: /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-headers-and-footers/lib/wpb-sdk/includes/
   wpb-sdk-logger.php
    —————————————————————————————————————— FOUND 1 ERROR AFFECTING
   1 LINE —————————————————————————————————————— 268 | ERROR | Extension ‘mysql_’
   is deprecated since PHP 5.5 and removed since PHP 7.0; Use mysqli instead ——————————————————————————————————————
 * I hope you will solve these issues in future updates.

 * Which plugin are you using to check the compatibility, are you using this [plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/php-compatibility-checker/)?
 * Let me answer your questions one by one.
 * We had a proper check to support the **mysql** as well as **mysqli**. There is
   nothing wrong even if you downgrade as low as possible ( However No recommended).
 * Yes, It is on our to-do list, we will provide the compatibility with PHP 8.1.
   x sooner than later.
