# PHP compatibility & performance issue!

 * Hi, I was trying to test PHP compatibility with PHP Compatibility Checker plugin
   and found that your plugin has some issues as below >
 * FILE: /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-dark-mode/includes/appsero/Client.php
   ————————————————————————————————————————————————-
   FOUND 0 ERRORS AND 1 WARNING AFFECTING 1 LINE ————————————————————————————————————————————————-
   228 | WARNING | Method name “Client::__trans” is discouraged; PHP has reserved
   all method names with a double underscore prefix for future use. ————————————————————————————————————————————————-
 * Also, in wp hive it shows this plugin is taking too much memory usage i.e. > 
   Average memory usage is 521.22 KB.
 * I hope you will solve these issues in future updates.
 * Thank you for this wonderful plugin.
 * And are you planning to support this plugin for 8.1 PHP version?

 * We appreciate the good catch, and we also got it. The problem has been added 
   to the list for fixing as soon as possible. Hopefully, the next update will address
   the issue as well.
 * Also, we have planned to support the plugin for the 8.1 PHP version as well.
