 * Activating WP Debugging Version 2.11.3 triggers the below notice while also using
   
   Debug Bar Version 1.1.2
 * `[30-Dec-2021 11:59:16 UTC] PHP Deprecated: The called constructor method for
   Debug_Bar_Panel::Debug_Bar_Panel in Debug_Bar_Panel is <strong>deprecated</strong
   > since version 0.8.3! Use <code>__construct()</code> instead. in [path]\wp-includes\
   functions.php on line 5304`
 * If I disable WP Debugging then this notice stops.
 * Please guide.

 * You should really report this on the Debug Bar forum. The idea behind WP Debugging
   is that you will see these errors. WP Debugging is not causing the error.
