 * Hi there [@kts915](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kts915/),
 * Hope you’re well today!
 * Can you confirm if this is the “Courses” page in the admin or front-end of the
   site, I haven’t personally been able to replicate on either.
 * Do you have version 1.0.9 installed?
 * Also is WP_DEBUG false or true in your wp-config.php?
 * Please advise.
 * Thanks!
 * Kind Regards
    Jack.

 * It’s on the front end with version 1.0.9. I am using Query Monitor.

 * Hiya [@kts915](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kts915/),
 * Hope you’re well today!
 * Just checked on my site using Query Monitor and haven’t been able to replicate
   the message, any chance I could get a link to your site please?
 * Thanks!
 * Kind Regards
    Jack

 * Not really; it’s a localhost test site.
 * Steps to reproduce:
 * 1. Go to back-end, CoursePress -> Courses.
    2. For any course there, select View.

 * Hey KTS,
 * Thanks for getting back to us on that. Have you tried it with just the default
   twenty fourteen theme or the included CoursePress theme? With your other plugins
   deactive? Just to ensure there isn’t any plugin/theme conflicts happening.
 * Let us know if it’s still showing up then!
 * Thanks KTS, hope you’re having a great week.
 * All the best,
    Tyler

 * I have now tried it with both, and with no other plugins active beside CP and
   QM. No problem, but …
 * I previously hadn’t thought of turning off MarketPress. Which I did do this time.
   If I turn MP back on, the warning reappears!!
 * Oh, and if I use a different theme, I actually get more PHP errors.

 * Hi [@kts915](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kts915/),
 * I have tested on my test site using latest version of CoursePress, MarketPress,
   Query Monitor plugins and using default WordPress theme but couldn’t reproduce
   the warning message.
 * Could you please tell me which version of plugins, theme and WordPress you are
   using so that we can troubleshoot it?
 * Also share us the screenshot of the page where you are getting this warning message.
 * For screenshots, you can simply provide a link to an image through Google Drive,
   Dropbox, screencast.com, [http://imgur.com/](http://imgur.com/) or other image
   service. 🙂

 * My message was left two weeks ago!
 * As I have previously explained on another thread, the plugin has other serious
   deficiencies that mean I won’t be trying it again unless and until they are resolved.
 * But, since I see from the forum that others have discovered a ton of other bugs
   and problems, that doesn’t look like being any time soon. If you have managed
   to eradicate this one problem, then I suppose that’s a start.

 * Hi [@kts915](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kts915/),
 * Thank you for your patience.
 * Some of our staff members were gone to WordCamp so it took some time to respond
   here due to work load.
 * We are resolving all the issues which can be reproduced.
 * We need your cooperation to reproduce this issue so that it can be fixed.

 * You people at WPMU Dev do have a strange way of conducting yourselves.
 * Do you want my input or not? You have not, so far, shown any inclination to listen
   to what I have had to say. That’s absolutely fine: it’s your plugin, and you
   are providing it here for free.
 * But if you won’t listen to what else I say, I don’t understand why you now expect
   me to load the plugin back up and test it out for you.
 * If you actually do decide to address my previous comments, then I’ll happily
   reconsider.

 * Hey thefreebird,
 * Hope you’re doing well today and thanks for mentioning this!
 * I’m not able to reproduce this issue either, are you on a localhost as well?
   Wondering if maybe this issue is related to the server side.
 * Look forward to hearing back!
 * Cheers,

 * Hi Tyler
    **I replied in my ’embedded video’ thread but maybe it’s better here?
   Either way I am getting desperate for a solution. I don’t have a local install,
   it’s all live and on cloud hosting. I have included some screenshots that I hope
   will help in debugging.
 * **screenshots were included as attachments in response to your email and are
   here: [http://www.screencast.com/t/ltxrfOHef](http://www.screencast.com/t/ltxrfOHef)**
 * ewt php bug shows how the screen looks if I turn on ‘paid course’ – if that is
   left unticked then display is good
    ewt php bug marketpress shows how it looks
   in the plugin ewt php bug edit shows what I see if I try to edit the above screen(
   marketpress plugin) ewt confirmed order mail issues shows a download link that
   gives all the code including the problem line plus a second link that advises
   I can manage from it, but when I click it tells me I don’t have sufficient permissions
   to access the page ewt user logon shows the error messages a user gets when they
   try to enroll for the course. NOTE – even though this is a paid course, a user
   can enroll and commence training without paying – the price shows as zero.
 * As you can imagine, this is a show stopper right now, which is a big issue as
   the course is time sensitive to a webinar just published.
 * Lastly, if a user presses the ‘view full profile’ button under the instructors
   name, it returns ‘Page not found’.
 * Thanks for your help so far, really hoping you can come through quickly on this
   one

 * To confirm I am using WP4.0, Coursepress theme, MarketPress plugin on a new WP
   installation on a highly rated Linux host. Client access is via Windows 8.1 and

 * Hey Martin,
 * Thanks for your detailed reply, can you do a plugin conflict check by deactivating
   all your other plugins to make sure none of them are conflicting?
 * I’m still unable to replicate the issue.
 * Your WP_DEBUG is set to false? You likely saw Jack ask that earlier up but just
   want to make sure it’s the same in your install as well.
 * As for the page not found issue, can you make sure you re-save your permalinks,
   you can do via:
 * Settings > Permalinks. Let me know if that resolves the page not found error
   🙂
 * What version of PHP are you running?
 * Look forward to hearing back!
 * Cheers,
    Tyler
