Hi Danny,
The plugin indeed only works from PHP 5.3 and later. This is the case since version 3.0 of last year so it’s quite a while already. PHP 5.2 is end of life already for more than 5 years and is considered to be insecure.
With some hosters you can pick different versions, but I don’t know about your case. You should take this up with your hoster, running on PHP this old would not be acceptable for me ( and as I stated is a security risk ).
Hi thanks for getting back to me already checked and i am on 5.4 and have been for a long time.
Thanks
Danny
You should check with your host and ask them to respond to this problem. The plugin outputs the exact PHP version that’s running the script.
If not, the plugin will crash because the PHP version used is not supported and can’t run the plugin.
I am getting the exact message that 5starcruises got. I contacted my hosting company and I’m now at 5.4.43. My buttons are still not working and the same message shows up in WordPress. Can you please help?
I answered your question in your topic. I’ll mark this as resolved.
