 * Whenever I make or update a page or post, I get an error like this.
 * Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate
   71 bytes) in /home1/cynicalm/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 302
 * Any ideas??
 * I know it’s a php error. I’ve tried a clean install of that file, but that didn’t
   fix it…

 * Your site is running out of memory. Ask your host how to increase the memory
   size. Usually this is a simple config setting somewhere.

 * I have my own php.ini config files; there should be enough space there… If I
   increase it more, will that help?
 * The posts/edits still show up… I just get that error too.

 * Well, currently you have it set to 16M. I’d up it to 32M, at least.

 * WordPress does not set it’s own memory requirements. That’s a PHP setting, probably
   in your PHP.INI file. You’ll have to talk to your host to change this, we cannot
   help you.

 * In my case is not a problem of memory. I have the same issue and the solution
   that worked for me was to upgrade all the plugins in the site.
